Parametric MiniCounter Case

This is a case I made for CrispyW's MiniCounter v2. It uses cut pieces of filament for the hinge pins and 4x (6mm ⌀ x 3mm) disk magnets to keep the lid closed.

This project was a challenge to myself to make it fully parametric to take advantage of the customize tool on MakerWorld here. In the beginning, you could specify how many pieces wide and deep the case should be in terms of the counters, but I gave up on the depth part when designing the hinge. I just couldn't get it to place itself correctly when changing that parameter. 

In the Bambu Studio project, there are options for 10, 16, 24, 40, and 56 slot versions. If you want a different amount of slots, use the customizer tool. I've also included the Fusion project as open source so you can make any changes you want and poke around in there. I'm warning you, it isn't pretty in there 😂. I had to do some really goofy stuff to get this to all work with the customizer tool. I know there are lots of red and yellow warnings on my timeline - it is verified to all work fine if you stay within the parameters I mention below.

Note: when using the parametric customizer, your total number of slots parameter needs to be even.

The max slots you can print with a 256mm wide bed without slicing it into smaller pieces is 56. If you want to go deeper, dive into the Fusion project, change the depth, and rebuild the hinge for that depth. Easiest way to do that would be to make the hinge in parts as new bodies, then move/align it to the new back wall of your case and combine the corresponding parts of the hinges with their halves of the case.

Maximum: 98 counters (lol)

- it should be noted that this thing is ~440mm, so you likely won't be able to print one this large on your printer anyways. The design can handle it, though 😤. Could probably just use some longer or additional hinges to support the greater lengths here if anyone wanted to go so mad.
