Description
The project features a replica of the Arc Reactor from the first Iron Man movie. Peper framed it for Tony as a souvenir. There's plenty of room inside for LEDs, so the print can serve as a nightlight. There's also room to run an external power supply cable—I recommend using a cool-color LED. The entire file takes up six platforms with four filaments. The model is 100% printable; everything connects with a push-fit or snap-fit connection. Gluing is possible for maximum reliability. Besides the lighting and the glass cover, it doesn't require any traditional parts, provided you use the appropriate filaments: 1 transparent, 2 copper silk, 3 silver silk, 4 black (I printed on Galaxy). I also printed with tree supports and ironed the top layers.
