Description
This little mini Cabinet of Curiosities is a coffin shaped shelf unit with a skull lithophane backing.
It prints in 3 pieces and is designed to accommodate standard rgb led strips or addressable ones.
The main piece is the shelf/lithophane and it prints on its back on the lithophanes back.
The back piece is a cap that contains the LED backlight strip.
The third very optional piece is a thin diffuser so the pixel points of LEDs are smoother and blend better.
The main part was printed in Black PLA, with the lithophane itself in bone white.
The back part was printed in black PLA and the diffuser is a separate part in standard white PLA.
Once the back is assembled it’s best to secure the LEDs, diffuser and the back to the main section with a little hot glue or other adhesive.
