Scott Spark Stem Top Cap Mount for Garmin

Hi!

I designed this Garmin mount for my 2023 Scott Spark. The design uses the insert that comes installed on the original Garmin Edge 530 handlebar mount that is included in the Garmin Edge 530 box. The insert can be unscrewed from the original handlebar mount and it  can be mounted to this design using the same bolts.

!! PLEASE PRINT COMPLETELY SOLID (so without infill) TO ENSURE MAXIMUM STRENGTH !!

Tested fitment with Edge 530 and Edge 130, but probably useable with more Garmin models.

I printed mine using original Bambu PETG HF without infill, so completely solid. This resulted in a weight of 15 grams for the model and 16 grams including the support material. I used 0.08 extra fine layers to get the best result. The print on my A1 took 2hrs and 38 minutes to complete and as you can see in the pictures the result was flawless. I'm enjoying it, hope you will too!

I tested with PLA / PLA+ / PLA CF / PETG HF and all worked fine for me. Personally, I like the looks of the PLA CF the best, so this the one in the pictures and ended up on my bike.
