Playing card deck tuna box (bicycle compatible)

V2 of my First FreeCAD Project 🚀

This is the V2 of my first design made in FreeCAD! More lid variations are coming soon—stay tuned!

I noticed that decks that have not been used are more rigid therefore I added 1mm to each direction of the hole for the deck.

🎴 Box compatible with Bicycle Card Deck

• Inner dimensions: 92 x 66 x 19 mm
• Filleted edges for a smooth fit and easy deck insertion
• Magnet holes: 5 mm (Ø) x 3 mm (H) for neodymium magnets

No glue needed—just press-fit the magnets using a hard, flat object.

🛠️ Printing Settings

• Material: PLA is fine as long as you don't keep it in direct sun/heat
• Layer height: 0.2 mm
• Infill: 15+%

My biggest wish is for people to post makes in different colors to see other nice variations!!!
