Compact "KVM Field Kit" Storage Box

The case is based on my parametric “Rugged Box” .

Every now and then I have the need for a compact and portable KVM (Keyboard, Video & Mouse) setup which I can easily carry with me. Therefore I created this little KVM Field Kit (most of the components used are listed & linked below).

The (blue) insert can be used as a stand for the 7" display.

Assembly

You will need six M3x30 screws to assemble it (s. below).

Screws

I like these screws which have a nice round head:
Allen hex socket button head screw

Or, if you want no screw head at all, which I personally like even more:
Hex socket set screws

Note: I recommend the stainless steel ones. The blackened ones are oily and have to be cleaned.
