Egyptian Obelisk

Update 10/14/2025:   I added two new profiles per users request. One profile for an AMS compatible version with two colors (like the pictures) and another profile with two colors split into two plates for Non-AMS users to print the base and the rest of the obelisk separately in different colors and then glue them together. Appreciate the feedback and I hope this helps. 

 

I am an Egyptian and in love with the ancient pharaoh architecture and design. I looked a lot for a good Obelisk model but couldn't find any that are big and detailed enough, so designed my own. The size takes up almost the entire vertical printing area but it is still a quick print (around 2 hours).  I hope you like it.  

 

The two tone color is optional of course and you can print it however you feel like. It can also be printed in white and then painted afterwards. You can also adjust the size and make it smaller for even a quicker print.  Would love to see all the printing variations you guys make. 

 

The model does not need support. Bambu studio might prompt you to say that it does (which you are welcome to add if you feel is needed), but I printed mine fine without it (you can see in the pics). 

 

I am also still new at doing CAD and 3D modeling so any feedback is welcome and will work on updating the design if needed.
