Engineering Projects Nozzle Wiper Silicone Jig

A simple Jig to cut out silicone for the Purge wiper designed by Engineering Projects

Step 1:

Get a rough cut on the silicone piece, align the right edge with the straight edge and cut the silicone on the red marked lines.

Step 2:

Take piece of silicone and insert it into the raised side on the right.

Step 3:

Cut along the raised portion until the you reach the taller block along the red line, this will cut the piece to 2mm thick.

Step 4:

Cut along the red line to have a finished piece 10x15x2mm.

This is the finished part and can be installed as the nozzle wiper which is perfect dimensions and straight edges.
