~ ~ ~ ~ ~    FinalVersion is out NOW    ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

Hello everyone, I have updated everything to the FinalVersion of the Clockwork Spinner.

In addition to the now balanced numbers, I have reduced the supports to a minimum and tried to make the worst ones easier to remove.
I’ve increased the clearance for disc rotation to improve spinning performance without requiring major changes to the rest of the design.
Finally, I managed to integrate larger numbers for better printability and created a smoother surface.

This should resolve all of the issues mentioned so far. I am also very satisfied with the result. Thank you again for your incredible support.
In the future, I will work on other designs for the case, so feel free to leave your ideas in the comments.

🧩 Additional cases:
A blank base case and future design variants are available as part of the Clockwork Spinner Case Series.

I think every D&D fan has seen it and wanted it at some point. Vintage Dice Roller with 7 in 1 Dices.

After numerous tests, it now works perfectly. Try it out for yourself, print it, and build your own Clockwork Spinner.

PS: You need a rubber band with a diameter of approx. 35 mm.

If you've made it this far, congratulations and thank you for printing the pocket watch dice.

To help you get started on your adventure quickly, here's a small building guide.

First, remove all supports. (I have reduced the required amount to a minimum.)

I like to use a scalpel and pliers for this, as it is easy to get into narrow gaps. But please be careful.

Make sure you remove any debris that does not belong to the part to avoid unnecessary friction.

Carefully separate the 2 hooks with a scalpel.

Slide the “Latch for Rubber” into the guide rails of the “Center for the Rubber”.

Take the ‘’Ring'' and press the ‘’V2 Center for the rubber'' into it. Pay attention to the guide rails.

Insert the rubber band with a diameter of approx. 35 mm as shown in the illustration.

Now you can simply press the ‘’Insert'' into the top.

And add the ‘’Knob''.

Now it gets a little tricky, but you can do it.

Take the “Gear 20 half” (with the little knob) and press it in the “Number Wheel 20”. Just lay it in the watch as shown and put on the

“Cover 20”. (It's important, that the smaller Gear 20 is put in from the closed Back of the middle part)

Now, from the other side, you can arrange the Number wheel, so it sits in the right place and sits in the slot.

Now place the remaining “Gear 12 half” onto the “Number Wheel 12” and place it as shown onto the other Gear half.

(You will probably need to press the button down a little to insert the wheel)

After that, press the remaining ‘'Cover 12’' onto the top. Make sure that the guide pin on the “number wheel” fits into the slot in the “cover.” Now you're done and the pocket watch dice should be ready for your adventure.

PS: Thanks to physics, the wheels spin much better when you hold the spinner horizontally (parallel to the ground).

Only hold the spinner by the ring, as if you were using it, and not by the faces. Otherwise, you may compress it and it will not spin properly.

Leave a review and share photos of your Clockwork Spinner to inspire other makers!
