1920's Commercial Building, HO Scale

This is a 1920's style commercial building. it is modular in design and fully customizable. It has thirteen new, different wall panels to choose from. This model is designed to be built as a one or two block building It includes an optional sign, an awning for the front door, a fire escape, two different window styles for the front, and an alternate, simpler facade trim for the front wall.  Design uses include a hotel, restaurant, store, library, even a machine shop or warehouse depending on the sides chosen.
