Universal Lathe chuck stop

A universal lathe chuck stop in 5 mm, 10 mm, and 20 mm thickness.
The stops fit chucks up to 160 mm in diameter with jaws up to 22 mm wide.

I’m aware there are already other chuck stops available, but they are usually only suitable for clamping larger parts. With these stops, you can still clamp workpieces as small as 9 mm.

If you need to clamp even smaller parts, you can select the alternative print profile, which allows clamping down to 4 mm.

 

I recommend sanding the bottom surface on a flat surface before use to ensure a proper contact area, as PLA can warp and the surface might not be perfectly flat.
