Description

Give your IKEA HAMMARÖN Pergola or posts that is 61x61 the reinforcement it needs with this custom 3D-printed bracket system, designed to add angled wooden support beams for greater stability. Ideal for windy spots or if you just want a sturdier, more reliable pergola.

This bracket system lets you add diagonal 48x98 mm wooden beams at a 45° angle from the pole to the ground, creating solid cross-bracing along both the X and Y axes.

Boost MeDesigning these models takes time, and testing requires a lot of filament. If you can help me out, I would greatly appreciate it! Thank you very much!

🔧 What’s Included in the Model:

  • Pole Mount (Front Part) – Slides onto the pergola leg
  • Locking Back Plate – Snaps into place behind the pole mount and includes dual 45° beam slots
  • Floor Bracket – Screws to the ground and holds the base of the wooden beams

🏗️ Important:
For the perfect fit and contact, your 48x98 mm beams must be cut at a 45° angle on both ends.
This ensures optimal connection between the pergola leg and the floor.

🪛 Installation Info:

  • Each floor bracket needs 5 screws
  • Each pole bracket uses 2 screws
  • Use 4.5x50 mm C4 wood screws (recommended for outdoor use)
  • For 1 leg, you need 12 screws
  • For 2 legs, you’ll need 24 screws
  • Beam size should be 48x98 - you can decide the length as you wish. As long as you cut it at a 45-degree angle on both sides.

💡 Best results when installing on two opposite pergola corners for cross-bracing
🖨️ Print in outdoor-friendly filament (e.g., PETG, ASA)
📐 Beam size: 48x98 mm, cut at 45° on both ends
