FNIRSI HS-02 Case (Print in Place Hinge)

I made the case for my own FNIRIS HS-02 because I couldn't find one that I liked. This one uses a print in place hinge, 4x2mm magnets for the lid and doesn't have an outer shell. It's inspired by various Pinecil v2 cases shared here.

 

There are two versions: HS-02A and HS-02B. The version A has larger diameter tips called C245 (4.5mm in the middle). The version B has smaller diameter tips called C210 (3.5mm in the middle). Thanks to @snazzer for making me aware of the size difference.

 

Non-printed Part Requirements:

• 4 x 2mm circular magnets → Quantity: 8 → For the case lid
• Super glue → For glueing the magnets in place
• M3 20mm screw → Quantity: 1 → For the soldering iron stand
• M3 Nut → Quantity: 1 → For the soldering iron stand
• 608ZZ Bearing → Quantity: 1 → For the soldering iron stand

After printing, work the hinge a bit so that it starts functioning smoothly. For the best magnetic pull install the magnets in an alternating fashion:

 

For bottom (from left to right): N - S ------ N - S (instead of N - N ------ N - N)

For top (from left to right): S - N ------ S - N (instead of S - S ------ S - S)

 

Important note: There are 2 plates. Print without support for the case plate. Print with support for the accessories plate.
