Maker Lamp Redux

This is a remake and optimization of the popular Maker Lamp!

The original was made for 0.6 nozzle which led to some problems and quality issues specially for the base. There was also no way to easily add a led strip and if you wanted to change light socket you needed to print a whole new base.

This is all sorted now!

You can now print the base with 0.4mm nozzle and use the base for either a led list or a lamp socket. If you want to change the type of lamp socket you only need to print an adapter (washer).

So this is what you want to do:

1. Print the base.
2. Choose which lamp shade you want and print it - there are 6 to chose from.
3. If you want to use a led strip then print the Led Strip Base and Nut and Bolt. If you want to use a lamp socket, go to #6.
4. Assemble: Wrap the led strip around the Led Stripe Base and use the hole for the wires. The Led Strip Base can hold up to 12mm wide and 2meter long led strip.
5. Put the Led Strip Base inside the lamp shade and use the nut and bolt to connect it to the base. Done!
6. If you want to use a lamp socket you only need the base, lamp shade and maybe an adapter. The hole in the base and shade is 40mm. There are adapters from 39mm to 30mm. The adapters function is to make the hole in the base and lamp shade smaller. If you want to use a lamp socket thats smaller than 40mm you need to print an adapter. Put the adapter in the lamp shade and use the lamp sockets threads and washer to hold shade and base together. Easy! Done!
