If you don't have ams like me, you can set all the bodies with a single color (to avoid the purge tower) and start from the black filament, then:

 

Pause at layer #51 and swap to White;

Pause at layer #71 and swap to red.

 

If u want a more resistance print u can increase the number of loop walls to 3 or more.
