Customizable Beaded Bracelet Set

Create your own unique bracelet with this fully customizable 3D printed beaded bracelet set. The set includes a variety of bead designs that can be mixed and matched to suit your personal style. Each bead is printed in PLA and can be made in any color of your choice. The example in the images features matte black, gold, copper, dual-color black/gold, wood PLA, Marble effect and white.

The beads are designed with 3 mm holes to be threaded onto a piece of 1.75mm filament, which you can cut to your desired bracelet length. For maximum flexibility and comfort, I recommend using TPU filament. 

You can also use a thin leather or elastic cord instead of a filament string. If using leather or elastic cord, simply tie a knot inside the end caps.

The ends of the bracelet are finished with special magnetic end caps included in the set — available in two different sizes for your liking and a secure fit.

To assemble, simply:

1. Print and choose your favorite beads and slide them onto a piece of filament. Fish of with an endcap in each end of the bracelet
2. Cut the filament to your preferred length.
3. Burn the ends of the filament slightly so it forms a little ball to prevent the end caps and beads from sliding off and to secure the end caps in place. Let the filament cool of for a minute before continuing.
4. Glue a 6mm diameter, 2mm thick magnet into each end cap to create a magnetic clasp. be sure to test the magnets first and orient them so they attract each other, not repel. Once glued in place, the clasp is secure and easy to use.
