Description

This line cleat should work with most 4" or longer t-tracks that utilize 1/4" t-bolts. Supports are needed for the two tabs on the bottom of the cleat, these tabs help secure the cleat and prevents it from rotating. Profile is optimized for PETG.

You will need a ¼"-20 t-bolt & nut. The t-bolt pictured is 1-½" long, however, I believe 1-¼" (or longer) will work too.

The knob is designed for a 1/4"-20 nut to be embedded inside. The profile has a built in pause at the correct layer, once the print pauses, drop in the nut (make sure the nut is flush with the top of your print), then resume. Note, the knob is designed specifically for 0.2mm layers, changing the layer height on the knob can create issues.

Other knobs can work with this line cleat if they are not too large in diameter, 35mm would be about the largest that would work.

If you also need a t-track for this, I've made those too. The line cleat will work with the 4" or longer t-tracks, the 3" is not recommended for this due to the locking tabs on the line cleat. You can find the t-tracks here: https://makerworld.com/en/models/1589066-kayak-t-track-assorted-lengths#profileId-1673745

Thank you for all the support/boosts! It's much appreciated and motivates me to keep adding more.
