28" Blackstone Paper Towel Holder

I have the smaller 28" Blackstone that doesn't come with a paper towel holder, so I mocked this one up to work for my needs. Still accessible but doesn't prohibit my griddle cover. from being installed while not in use. Used numerous times with high heat with no deformation to the brackets using PETG and no concerns whatsoever with being too hot for the paper towels. These will mount to the side on the bottom rack as is but I recommend inserting standard ¼-20 machine screw into the holes to act as a clamp. This will allow you to for the clamps closer together onto the paper towel roll to provide a slight friction when pulling the paper towel and not allow the paper towels to unravel by the wind. ¼-20 machine screw should be at least ½" long and make sure you only hand tighten.
