Tinkercad design for the bottom trays

 

I started by using a bin generator to create the large bins, and then using TinkerCad, I added in some tiny vertical slots to hold the utensils in the manner that I wanted. A lot of measuring with my digital calipers was required for this project.  If you're using this for your own drawer, I imagine you may need to move the slots around so that it fits your use case.
