Description
A tester for 8x3mm round magnet tolerances, to see how large you need to make your magnet holes.
Which tolerance is required for your specific circumstances can vary based on printer settings and used filament.
Each hole is 0.1mm larger in diameter than the previous, labeled from 0 (no tolerance) to 5 (0.5mm diameter tolerance).
In my case, this showed me that I can't fit 8x3 magnets with 0 tolerance, 0.1mm tolerance fits perfectly, and anything above is too loose.
While I completely recreated this model from the ground up, its layout and design is based on this tester for 6x2mm magnets. I thought its minimalist design and easy push-through slot for removal on the bottom was very nice, but I needed one for 8x3mm magnets. I also added debossed text on the front telling you exactly what kind of magnets it's for, as the original has no such indicator.
