Angle Clamp Fully 3D Printed No Hardware

Update 11.08.2025 I made an error within the slicer, I had scaled down the components to 80% from original and neglected to scale the handle to 80% This has been corrected in the slicer, my sincere apologies to those who had already printed the clamp.

The clamp can be scaled back up to 100% if anyone needs a bigger clamp or clamps.

I designed an angle clamp some time ago, and whilst that clamp was very functional it did require hardware to complete.

My quest now is to revisit some of those early designs and design without the need for hardware which brings is to this first offering.

This Angle clamp is Hardware free and very easy to assemble, it consists of 6 Components, the Main Body, The Clamp press which is the triangular wedge shaped component, the screw thread, a handle, and a lock tab which locks the screw thread in place but still allowing it to spin freely, and there is also the guide block, this is a snug push fit but can be secured with CA Glue if necessary.

The locking tab can be removed for cleaning and lubricating the screw thread if needed.

I'm very happy with the design on this clamp and hopefully I can produce more of the same tools hardware free.

The main body requires support, I have used minimal tree supports and these are easily removed.
