BMD SDI/HDMI BiDi mount for modular 2HE rack

A mount for 1, 2, or 4 Blackmagic Design SDI/HDMI Bidirectional Converters, designed to fit into a DAP/Showgear modular 2U panel (*). Also compatible with the RackPi system.

For best stability, the original metal modular 2U panel from DAP or Showgear is recommended.

Mounting options:

• Permanent — secure with M3 × 6 mm screws.
• Temporary — use a zip tie for quick, non-permanent mounting.

Orientation: The design is intended for the HDMI side at the front but it could be flipped to have access to the SDI connectors. Keep in mind that the printed text will not align with the SDI ports, and one mounting side will be lost.

Maybe I'll upload a separate version in the future.

Material recommendation: These converters can get warm during use. ASA is used in the provided profile, though PETG should also be suitable.

Labeling note: The numbers shown in some photos were manually added in Bambu Studio (Arial, size 7, thickness 0.4) and are not included in the provided file. You can add your own if needed.

Printing tip: For single-color prints, remove the "TEXT" objects in Bambu Studio before slicing.
