Why You’ll Love It:

  • Stops sheets from balling up in the dryer
  • Helps your bedding dry faster and more evenly
  • Durable, reusable, and easy to attach
  • Saves time, energy, and frustration

Make laundry day hassle-free with SheetSaver—because your sheets deserve better.

🖨️ 3D Print Profile Recommendation for SheetSaver

To ensure your SheetSaver is durable, long-lasting, and able to withstand the heat of your dryer, we strongly recommend printing with ASA filament or, at the very least, PETG. These materials offer superior heat resistance and durability compared to standard PLA.

✅ Recommended Material: ASA

  • Why ASA?
    • Excellent heat resistance
    • Strong UV and impact resistance
    • Less prone to warping in high-heat environments like dryers
  • Print Settings:
    • Nozzle Temp: 240–260°C
    • Bed Temp: 90–110°C
    • Enclosure: Recommended for best results
    • Cooling: Low or off to reduce warping

⚠️ Minimum Material: PETG (Use with Caution)

  • Why PETG?
    • Better heat resistance than PLA
    • Easier to print than ASA
  • Print Settings:
    • Nozzle Temp: 230–250°C
    • Bed Temp: 70–90°C
    • Cooling: Low

Note: PETG may become soft or deform if your dryer runs hotter than average. Use only if you're familiar with your dryer’s heat settings and cycle temperatures.

🔥 Important Usage Warning

Dryers vary in temperature depending on model and settings (delicate, normal, heavy, etc.).
Before first use:

  • Check your dryer's maximum heat output
  • Avoid using on high-heat or sanitize cycles
  • If unsure, start with low heat settings and observe for any signs of softening or warping.

🛠️ Post-Processing Tips:

  • Light sanding or smoothing may improve fit and aesthetics
  • ASA can be vapor-smoothed with acetone (optional)

For best performance and safety, ASA is highly recommended to ensure the SheetSaver maintains its shape and function cycle after cycle.
