Digital Key Cover (locked by keychain)

This is a slim digital key card cover, which I made for my KIA 2025 EV6 GT nfc/uwb key card.

 

It is printed in 2 parts, so the outside completely faces the buildplate. This way you can use a structured build plate for individual designs (I used the structured PEI plate).

 

After printing, use super glue in the cavities to glue the two sides togeter.

When the keycard is inserted and attached to a key chain, it is locked in place by the key ring.
