Intel NUC Custom Cover – Home Assistant Edition

This custom cover is based on Intel’s original NUC cover design, available here:

The design has been adapted to feature the Home Assistant logo, making it a perfect fit for smart home enthusiasts who want to personalize their NUC.

 

Material recommendation: Printed in PETG for extra durability and temperature resistance.

⚠ Important notes:

• The retaining clips are identical to the original Intel design and can be fragile. Handle with care during installation or removal.
• Test print in PLA showed that the clips break immediately.
• PETG seems better suited, as it offers more flexibility.
• Another filament type might perform even better, but unfortunately no other materials were available for testing.
