This is a custom 3D-printed case for the UGREEN Nexode 145W Power Bank. 

The lid is designed to be glued in place for a snug and secure fit, keeping your power bank well protected.

The side-window is optional. I include the cutting-template to cut a plastic sleeve.

Assembly:

1. Apply a small amount of glue to the lid on all 4 sides
2. Place your power bank into the shell - push it all the way in.
3. Insert the lid into the shell.
4. Set the case on a flat surface with the lid facing down, ensuring the lid sits at the correct depth.
5. Let it sit for at least 5minutes.

 

Despite the tight fit, removal is possible if needed, though it’s designed to stay firmly in place for everyday use.

 

The case has been tested for heat and handles charging and discharging without issues, providing a safe protective layer without affecting performance.
