P1/P1S Hotend Organizer – Inlay Box

Six-Pack Hotend Garage (P1/P1S/X1)

All Bambu bits in one spot. Now two box styles:

• Legacy Whole Box (original, one-piece interior)
• New Hollow Box + Swappable Inlays (modular)

Seats 6 complete hotends, the Bambu bed scraper, two Allen keys, the extruder/extruder-cleaner, and a couple grease packets. Finger-pull cutout for easy grab; chamfered edges so parts slide in/out without snagging.

What’s new (v2)

• Modular shell: a hollowed box that accepts swappable inlays.
• Two inlays included:
  1. Standard P1/P1S Wrenches (fits the stock slim keys)
  2. Handled Keys Inlay sized for this mod:

Make your own inlays (please do!)

• Use Bottom Box.stl in the New Inlay Version folder as the shell and match its inlay outline.
• Keep the outer perimeter and any lock tabs unchanged; design your inner pockets as you like.
• Target 0.3–0.5 mm clearance on all sides for a smooth drop-in fit.
• Export as Inlay_YourToolName.stl and share a link in the comments—I’ll feature/link good community inlays so others can grab them.

Key Features

• Dedicated bays = no rattling, no rolling parts
• Rounded corners + finger slot for quick pulls
• Flat area for labels (mark nozzle sizes/materials)
• Sized with a touch of clearance for real-world prints

Notes

• If your scraper/wrench model differs, widen those channels a hair or pick the handled-keys inlay.
• Handle styles vary; drop links to other popular handles and I’ll add variants (or design your own with the guidelines above).
• Grease packets vary; the cubby is roomy on purpose.
