In spool dry tubs V2

Welcome to Version 2 of my in spool silica tubs, V1 can be found as part of my AMS2 pro complete stay dry solution

 

V2 Introduces a flanged design to hold the dry tubs in the filament, making moving filament easier.

 

The standard profile will fit bambu labs spools perfectly but there are also options for smaller and larger spools.

 

Mix and match the pieces to fit spool widths of 50mm - 83mm.

 

For the best performance I recommend Industry Standard 2-4 mm silica beads.

This was tested in Bambu labs PETG HF. Even though I have designed the model to have some tolerance to allow different filaments (and print settings) and the varied amounts of shrinkage we see you may find it to be either too snug or too loose. If this happens please let me know and I can adjust the design.
