No supports needed. You can adapt its height depending on your keys height. 

Original empty space for keys, X 24 mm Y 20mm Z 4 mm

 

For TPU Flexible

Allowed only for Bambulab A1 or A1 mini using the external spool holder.

After the printing, cut in the middle the internal cylinder related to the key ring hole. It acted as a support to avoid retraction of the TPU.

 

For PLA

You can print it directly so far it allows 4 mm tall keys.
