Pulley wheels for Waxed Chain Bender - no supports

This model is a remix of the pulley wheels used in the Waxed Chain Bender System remixed by nutter. They will probably work with the original model Chain keepers for waxed chain break in (bearings required), but I have not verified that the dimensions match. 
 

I don't have an AMS so can't print PETG with PLA supports. I was unsatisfied with the quality of the pulley wheels when printing with supports, so here is a remix of the pulley wheels that print in two parts with no supports and no glue required. I also added a small chamfer to the outer edges.  

Screw the two pieces together very tightly then press the bearings in. The fit is very snug and the pressure from the bearings should prevent the two pieces of the wheel from separating. 

If you're having difficulty getting the threads started press the sides of the wheel together firmly between your palms and twist.
