DualFit Bolt Action Pen (G2 + S-Gel)

Assembly

In order to assemble, you need the three printed parts (main tube, tip, and bolt) as well as a Pilot G-2 07 refill and spring OR a Sharpie S-Gel 0.7 refill and spring as well as an M3x8 machine screw.

1. Slide the bolt piece into the main tube. Ensure that the slightly shorter portion of the bolt is pointing towards the tip of the pen as shown

2. Align the bolt with the opening in the rear of the tube, screw the machine screw into the whole in the bolt. DO NOT TIGHTEN COMPLETELY or the movement will bind up. Allow a little bit of slack so that the bolt and screw can slide freely.

3. Slide your choice of refill with the spring on it into the main tube.

4. Thread the tip of the pen onto the main body.
