Description
This is a customizable and modular lid holder for rectangle food containers. It consists of two basic components: the standard holder and the end part. You can connect as many holders as you like.
Changelog
04.09.2025: I have noticed that after part generation, both parts are joined together and cannot be printed separately without cutting them first. Therefore, both parts (standard part and end part) can now be generated separately. Make sure that the values are the same so that they can be combined.
27.08.2025: A optional connector part is now available. This allows holders of different sizes to be connected.
Features:
- Customizable features: height, width, height for the clamps, thickness
- Endlessly expandable
- The holder can either be placed in a cabinet or attached to the inside of a kitchen cabinet door with double-sided adhesive tape.
- Holders of different sizes can be connected with the optional connector part
- Easy handling
- Low filament consumption and fast printing
Customize instructions:
1. Measure your lid:
2. Click on the customize Button, click on “Customize” and enter the values:
You can generate both parts as a set or seperate.
See both screenshots. Measure the lid and enter the dimensions in the correct field.
See colors:
Add 1 or 2 mm depending on the value specified in the customization section (the smaller info text).
Example for “slot space” (orange): If your lids are 10mm thick, then choose the value 12 (10mm + 2)
Instructions for the optional connector part:
If you want to connect different sizes of the holder you can use the optional connector end part instead the standard end part:
Choose “optional connector part” after clicking on the customize button.
It is important that you enter the identical values as for the standard holder part.
Differences to the standard customize modell:
Values for the A to B connector part
Height: The same value as for holder A
Height clamps: The same value as for holder A
Width: The same value as for holder A
Thickness: The same value as for holder A
Width of the next holder: The same value as the width of holder B (must be smaller than the width of holder A!)
You can also see the connector part on the last picture of the gallery.
Print settings:
You can print it with standard setting (0,2mm layer height, 15% infill).
I recommend reducing the speed of the top surface to 50 mm/sec for better print quality.
If you have generate the set of both parts you can seperate both parts with rightclick on the part → “Split” →" to objects" if you want print only one of both parts.
