Philips Avent/Maymom Bottle Cap Plug – Turn Bottles into Travel-Ready Containers

I designed this simple plug to transform our Philips Avent bottles into sealed containers—perfect for mixing formula ahead of time, storing milk in the fridge, or keeping portions ready for feeding throughout the day.

Instead of using the bottle only with a nipple attached, this plug allows you to seal the cap securely when the nipple isn't in place. It’s a clean, convenient way to prep bottles for travel or day-to-day use without worrying about spills.

🧴 How to use:

• Push the plug from the bottom of the cap (see images for reference).
• Do not try to seal it from the top—you risk unsealing the cap and making a mess.

Material Used for Model:
Overture TPU - Grey

You can try other materials at your own risk, but I think TPU works best to give a proper seal when you put on the bottle.
