Full Sized Halligan Tool

Behold, my full sized halligan pro-bar. This is a model of the popular firefighting forcible entry tool. Great as a demonstration prop, cosplay or print a golden one as a promotional or retirement gift.

This model took me way longer than it should have to get right. Although, I learned a lot along the way.

The pieces are printed separately and then assembled and glued together.

Print 3 of the included bars for a standard 30 inch bar

Print 2 of the included bars for a shorter “officer's” tool

The seams between bars are not super noticeable, but you could wrap them in grip tape if you want to hide them completely.

Optionally, you can insert a 3/16" metal rod for added support.
