Ticket Holder/Check Rail (Ball-Bearing Paper Grip)

This is a simple 3D printable version of the classic restaurant-style ticket holder rail, also known as a check rail or order minder. It uses light pressure from ball bearings to securely grip paper, notes, or receipts, while still allowing you to slide them in and out easily.

Perfect for keeping to-do lists, sketches, or important notes visible without pins, clips, or tape. Mount it above your workbench, desk, or kitchen counter for a quick and practical paper management solution.

Prints easily with no supports. You just need a (x10) 9.5mm ball bearings to complete the mechanism. I assume you could scale it for your balls (ha), but you would also need to move the pause.
