Shader and lamp kit

Questo progetto nasce come esperimento. Da un po' di tempo sto pensando di creare un paralume con geometrie non troppo complesse in modo facile e veloce, così l'idea di usare un tool che già da un po' sto usando.

Per realizzare il paralume ho usato il tool di creazione dei vasi presente su Makerlab ed ho poi modificato leggermente la geometria in Blender realizzando il foro del porta lampada (diametro 40mm) per la lampadina E27.
Successivamente mi sono chiesto: perché non costruire un supporto che permette di creare una lampada da tavolo completamente stampabile in 3D?

Ed eccola qui, una lampada con una struttura ad arco. Io l'ho stampata in PLA in doppia colorazione di grigio ma sarebbe stato meglio, forse, utilizzare del marrone e creare l'effetto legno (?), chi lo sa magari qualcuno lo farà e sarei grato che condivideresse il risultato.

La base è smontata in 4 pezzi che si possono unire utilizzando delle viti 5 M3x16, il mio consiglio è quello di allargare i fori dove necessario con una punta da 3mm e carteggiare leggermente i pezzi per migliorare l'accoppiamento delle parti. Per bloccare il cavo della lampada in posizione ho realizzato dei blocca cavo che si incastrano sul telaio. Il cavo della lampada è di 6 mm.

Ricapitolando: se vorrai una bel porta lampada da soffitto, non ti resterà che stampare il modello “Shader” in modalità “vase mode”, e se vorrai una lampada da tavolo basterà aggiungere anche il resto del progetto.

This project was born as an experiment. For some time now I've been thinking about creating a lampshade with not too complex geometries in a quick and easy way, so the idea of using a tool that I've been using for a while came up.

To create the lampshade I used the vase creation tool on Makerlab and then slightly modified the geometry in Blender by creating the hole in the lamp holder (diameter 40mm) for the E27 bulb.
Subsequently I asked myself: why not build a support that allows you to create a completely 3D printable table lamp?

And here it is, a lamp with an arched structure. I printed it in PLA in double gray color but it would have been better, perhaps, to use brown and create the wood effect (?), who knows, maybe someone will do it and I would be grateful if they shared the result.

The base is disassembled into 4 pieces which can be joined using 5 M3x16 screws, my advice is to enlarge the holes where necessary with a 3mm bit and lightly sand the pieces to improve the fit of the parts. To lock the lamp cable in place I made cable locks that fit onto the frame. The lamp cable is 6mm.

In summary: if you want a nice ceiling lamp holder, all you have to do is print the "Shader" model in "vase mode", and if you want a table lamp, just add the rest of the project.
