4 inch Duct for Fume Extraction

This is somewhat a WIP! There may be some changes after I get some use out of it!

 

I am using the Bambu Smoke Purifier in conjunction with my 60w MOPA laser. I couldn't find an attachment that I liked, so this is what I came up with. It has a slight up angle for the hose connection, and a hole in the center for either mounting with an M6 bolt to the lasers bed, or to attach a magnet for easier placement.

 

• The opening is approx 180x60mm
• Centered hole in bottom for bed attachment via M6 bolt, or magnet with threaded top.
• 4" / 102mm compatibility
• No supports needed
• Recommended to print in PETG or similar.
• Brim (inner and outer) highly recommended.
• Adaptive Layer Height is recommended to save time.
