Model Railroad RoW Signs - No AMS

This collection of signs includes crossbucks and track quantity signs, “Tight Curve”, “Yard Limit”, and smaller, assorted detail signs. I do not have an AMS, so I do my filament change manually. There is a pause in the g-code. This is where I change from white filament to black. All the signs are built to the same heights, so they can all be printed at the same time. They are designed at 1:24 scale. The crossbucks are based on American standards, the rest are just what looked good.

I use styrene for my posts. Here's how I build them.

Instructions (Crossbucks)

1. Cut ¼" square styrene rod to 120mm long. 
2. Glue crossbuck so it's center is 115mm from the bottom of the pole. Glue "x TRACKS" piece so the top is flush with the bottom of the crossbuck. 
3. Optional: Add a strip of reflective material for a modern sign from just below "x TRACKS" to about 15mm from the bottom of the pole.

Yard / Tight: ¼" square styrene rod, 50mm length

Oval Signs: 1/8" square styrene rod, 50mm length
