⚡ Thunderdome Stencil – Pritchard Font Letters & Numbers ⚡
 

🎨 About the Design

This stencil is based on the Pritchard font, better known as the legendary Thunderdome style. Perfect for recreating that Harcore look on posters, DIY projects, or any creative work.

• Letter & number height: 40 mm (when printed without scaling)
• Provided in two separate profiles → one with the full alphabet (A–Z) and one with numbers (0–9), so you can choose exactly what to print.
• Thickness: 1 mm by default. Recommended to print at least 1 mm, or 2 mm for extra sturdiness.

✏️ Smart Alignment Feature

Each stencil includes small side notches that allow you to align perfectly with a pencil guideline → making it super easy to keep all letters at the same height when tracing.

🖨️ Print Information

• Tested in Bambu Studio with standard 0.2 mm layer height
• Printed with 3 walls for extra strength
• No supports required
• Material: PLA or PETG recommended
