My second project with openSCAD and made for embroidery, but more specifically for cross stitch. You could adjust the embroidery mesh to your liking for making charms, bookmarks or even gift tags!
Parameters:
Hole diameter: The diameter of each hole in mm
$fn: This smoothes the holes, especially if the holes are big.
Holes per row: The amount of holes per row.
Holes per column: The amount of holes per column.
Space: Space between each hole (edge-to-edge)
Border top and bottom: The bottom and top border in mm.
Border left and right: The left and right border in mm.
Border radius: The border radius.
Set value to 0 if you want sharp corners.
Mesh thickness: The thickness of the entire embroidery mesh.
