The arm and thigh joints were structurally prone to breakage, so they have been modified.

If you have trouble assembling the parts, try printing with the XY Hole compensation of both parts set to 0.1.

The feet were too loose, so I modified the model. While they hold together well, they may require a lot of force during assembly.

I successfully printed it without any issues on X1C, P1S, 0.4 nozzle, 0.2 layer height, PLA, PETG, and Bambu Cool Plate SuperTack.

Since the arm and leg parts have a relatively small bottom adhesion area compared to their print height, I recommend using a strong build plate like SuperTak.

In particular, with bed-slinger types like the A1 and A1 Mini, the probability of print failure is higher.

Since printer conditions and materials vary for each user, some may print and assemble it without problems, while others might run into issues.

If you encounter printing problems, I recommend downloading the profile and reprinting only the problematic parts separately in PC Bambu Studio.

If you face assembly issues, try adjusting the XY tolerance little by little, reprint, and give it another shot.
