Tablet holder for 19-inch rack drawers – modular, store and charge at the same time

This 3D-printed tablet holder was specially developed for use in event equipment and technology. It fits into standard 19-inch rack drawers and offers space for up to 7 tablets, which can be stored securely and charged at the same time.

Additional safety measures are necessary for safe transport, such as padding and anti-slip devices!

The holder consists of two modules that can be inserted into each other, which means it can also be easily manufactured on smaller 3D printers. The design ensures stable and clear organization of the devices – ideal for permanent installations in event venues.

The two parts can be secured against slipping with double-sided adhesive tape in the drawer.

To save material, the fill density is set to 5%, but the “wings” are reinforced with a cube with an infill of 30%. This can be seen in the project file.

Tablet-Halterung für 19-Zoll-Rack-Schubladen – Modular, Lagern und gleichzeitig Laden

Diese 3D-gedruckte Tablet-Halterung wurde speziell für den Einsatz in der Veranstaltungstechnik entwickelt. Sie passt in handelsübliche 19-Zoll-Rack-Schubladen und bietet Platz für bis zu 7 Tablets, die darin sicher gelagert und gleichzeitig geladen werden können.

Für einen sicheren Transport sind zusätzliche Sicherungsmaßnahmen notwendig, wie z.B. Polsterungen und Sicherungen gegen Herausrutschen!

Die Halterung besteht aus zwei ineinander steckbaren Modulen, wodurch sie auch auf kleineren 3D-Druckern problemlos gefertigt werden kann. Die Konstruktion sorgt für eine stabile und übersichtliche Organisation der Geräte – ideal für Festinstallationen in Veranstaltungsorten.

Die zwei Teile können mit Doppelklebeband gegen Verrutschen in der Schublade gesichert werden.

Um Material zu sparen, ist die Fülldichte auf 5% gesetzt, aber die “Flügel” sind mit einem Kubus auf Infill von 30% verstärkt. Dies ist in der Projektdatei ersichtlich.
