Description
Here's a shelf bracket that I made to look like a spider's web. It's perfect for all those that believe Halloween should last all year, or fans of spiders, or fans of Spiderman. It measures 130mm deep and 130mm tall. It's a good size for a shelf that's about six inches in depth.
To install these you'll need three different types of screws. You'll need number 8 wood screws that are 1 ¼ or 1 ½ inches long for the bottom of the bracket. Black drywall screws work well if you print the bracket in black filament. You'll need number 6 wood screws that are about the same length as the thickness of your shelf board to attach the bracket to the shelf board. You'll also need a 2 inch pan head screw to go into the pocket on the top of the bracket. Pocket hole screws are ideal for this if you have them since they have a predrilling point.
I recommend you run the screws into wall studs. Start with the bottom screws, then do the pocket hole screws on the top. There's only one screw going into the shelf board per bracket, but that should be sufficient to hold them in place. Gravity will do the rest.
You'll need some DIY tools to install this, such as a level, drill, screw driver, and stud finder.
