Sifli AI Box 外壳 v1.0

Sifli AI Box 是一个采用“立创开源SF32LB52模组”的小智AI机器人项目,根据嘉立创的“插件版小智AI项目” (以下简称原项目) 改进而来。

 

项目组成

本项目开源内容包括三部分:

  • 硬件:请参考立创开源硬件平台的项目。
  • 软件:请参考GitHub项目。
  • 3D打印:请参考本项目。

特点

相比于原项目的外壳,本项目有以下特点:

  • 设计了全新的外观,适配改进的电路板设计,但仍适配原项目电路板的尺寸。
  • 简化了结构,包括前部盖板、后部外壳、LCD屏幕支架、5向按键,共4个部件。
  • 外壳组装采用卡扣设计,不需要螺丝。

打印与组装建议

  • 使用 PLA 和 PETG 均可以打印。建议采用透明 PETG 低速高温打印前部盖板,这样可以使电路板上的LED指示灯的光透出来,否则需要单独开孔。
  • 采用M3螺丝固定电路板。
  • 采用M2螺丝固定LCD屏幕支架。
  • 采用双面胶固定电池和腔体喇叭到后部外壳。

Shell for Sifli AI Box v1.0

The Sifli AI Box is a Xiaozhi AI project utilizing the "JLC Open Source SF32LB52 Module", improved from LCEDA's "Discrete Component Version of Xiaozhi AI Project" (referred to as the original project).

 

This open-source project consists of three parts:

  • Hardware: Please refer to the project on LCEDA Open-Source Hardware platform.
  • Software: Please refer to the GitHub project.
  • 3D Printing: Please refer to this project.

Features

Compared to the shell of the original project, this project offers the following improvements:

  • Features a completely new design that accommodates the improved PCB layout while maintaining compatibility with the original project's board dimensions.
  • Simplified structure consisting of only 4 components: front cover, rear box, LCD screen support, and a button for 5-way switch.
  • Snap-fit assembly design that requires no screws for enclosure assembly.

Printing and Assembly Recommendations

  • Both PLA and PETG can be used for printing. We recommend using transparent PETG with low-speed, high-temperature settings for the front cover to allow the light of the LED indicators on the PCB to shine through; otherwise, you need to drill separate holes.
  • Use M3 screws to secure the PCB.
  • Use M2 screws to secure the LCD screen support.
  • Use double-sided tape to attach the battery and cavity speaker to the rear box.
