Tattoo machine adjustable cartridge grip

To continue on my journey for a fully custom tattoo machine I made a cartridge grip holder to fit any traditional or rotary tattoo machine allowing it to be used with tattoo cartridges.

I made a good few grip versions my favourite would be grippy, bulb and roll.

Works as any adjustable tattoo grip simply slide the insert into the grip and make sure it's all the way down and in the centre (it goes down a bit sideways to catch on the ledge that is there to keep it in place) then you can slide it on the tube and start twisting it in.

I added two versions of the tube length shorter one works well with an 80 mm plunger bar taller one is more flexible for probably more common 85/90mm bars (being longer it is a bit weaker so you need to print it in good resin).

You do not need to push the grip tube in all the way in. Just enough so you can adjust the depth of needles twisting the grip itself and if you want the best performance use a bit of lube on the insert bottom and those two flat sides as well as on the threads. I put on some silicone-based grease and it works great.

Lastly, I do not think you can really print this with fdm printer but I think I will make simplified one-piece version that could actually work with fdm. Also, cartridge stick and poke pen is on the way.
