1. Define Your Grille
Choose the grille type that suits your project needs:
Size: Adjust the overall size and depth.
Type: Select your style.
Vent: Adjustable slatted vents, with optional tilt for airflow control.
Mesh: Cutout patterns for drains, vents, or decorative covers.
Solid: Sealed cover for blocking airflow or closing ports.
Rounding: Round the corners for a smooth finish, or keep sharp edges.
2. Customize Your Grille
Tailor your grille with these options:
Vent (Slats): Full control over slat layout and spacing.
Mesh (Pattern): Customize shape, spacing, and stagger for unique designs.
Insert: Add a press-fit wall or tube insert for easy mounting.
Cover: Extend with a surrounding brim in different shapes (rectangle, hexagon, flower).
Holes: Place screw holes for mounting around the cover.
3. Render & Export
Finalize and prepare your model:
Adjust resolution and color in Render settings (optional).
Export the model to your slicer.
