Description

I have designed a 3D printable box to safely enclose electrical terminal blocks. It supports the connection of up to three wires.

If you want a version for 2 wires, check this model:

https://makerworld.com/es/models/1780263-box-for-electrical-terminal-block-2-wires?from=search#profileId-2169902

I recommend to use four M3 screws (10 mm length) to securely fasten the lid, ensuring a tight and reliable fit to improve safety.

By default, the size of the electrical terminal block is 13.5x18x13.3 (Width × Depth × Height). Also I have made it parametric, so you can easily adapt the dimensions in case your terminal block has a different size.

  • PETG is recommended for applications involving 110/220V, due to its higher temperature resistance and durability.
  • PLA may be suitable for low-voltage (12/24V) or non-critical installations.

Finally, I want to warn about electrical hazard. Use this part always with caution and safe. Always disconnect from mains when you manage your electric system and do not exceed recommended current ratings or overload any domestic wiring. Always follow local electrical safety codes or consult a qualified electrician. This model is provided with no liability for damage or injury resulting from improper use or installation.

Apart from that, enjoy your project ;)
