Take Note - Be sure to set the buck convertor to 5 volts. There is also a jumper on the Low Level Relay that needs to be set to low (L) so the toggle switch works. If it's set on high, then you won't be able to make manual adjustments to the count.
Update 9.12.25 - Added separate number and slide reducer files so you can print in multiple colors.
This is an optical ammo counter that uses an IR Beam Sensor to count your rounds.
All new V3 model is more accurate than my old Ammo Counter. Thank you everyone for all your great feedback on the old counter!
I tested this with 500 rounds of 9mm. The results were as follows:
Group 1: 102 rounds counted : 100 actual
Group 2: 100 rounds counted : 100 actual
Group 3: 100 rounds counted : 100 actual
Group 4: 100 rounds counted : 100 actual
Group 5: 100 rounds counted : 100 actual
The new version now uses 2 IR sensors and is a lot more accurate than my old counter.
I have also made the following improvements
If you are upgrading from my previous round counter you'll need new 5mm IR sensor beams, print the new sensor mount, and print the new sensor box and back.

Overall I'm very happy with the performance of this new counter sensor and I hope you find it improved as well.
