Top Hat for Rat Rig V Core 4 

500mm version . That thing basically creates room for your toolhead wires to go smooth instead what stock rat rig offers with enclosure panels , check it out,  it looks awful and can result in wires tangle. 

Back to my design, 

Features: 

• Double actuators
• Stock top panel
• Same mounting as original side panels
• Elesa hinges

Future plans for build:  (check my profile , some of that can be there) 

• CNC actuatos mount 
• soft close on both sides, probably compresing tpu print. 
• Blind joints driling template
• some kind of klipper system ams mount, maybe turtle box.

Actuators

I have tested few different sizes and powers of them and I 

can tell youi that 100N 600mm lenght 250mm travel ones work the best. Go for it. 

Here is the list of all 3030 profiles you need to buy : 

- 250 mm  ----- 4 pcs

- 675 mm  ---- 4 pcs

- 740 mm  ----- 4 pcs

Panels are in cad. 

just 4 of them but they need to be cnc maschined or you can figure out other way to mount them.
