Pill Box Print In Place Hinged 7/4 Day AM/PM

This is a set of 3 different print in place flip top medication pill boxes (or any other small amounts of a substance you need to track daily over a week). There are 3 different versions :-

• 7 Day AM & PM box (14 boxes total) labelled in days of week plus AM or PM.
• 7 day box (8 boxes in total - one is an unmarked spare) labelled in days of week
• 4 day box labelled 1,2,3 and 4.

Each compartment has a freely opening lid with sturdy hinge and a friction latch.

I personally load up the pill box at the beginning of the week. I can then see if I have forgotten to take any of my medication.

Printing

These models are designed to be printed face down (the opening doors down) on the print bed. This gives the best quality finish to the text and allows the model to print without supports. To be able to print the hinges in place without support, the bottom of the pill box has to be printed as a separate item, This will need to be glued on after printing (it is printed with guides to make it easy to print).

Due to nature of print in place hinges, The first initial opening of the door will be stiff and you may hear a click as the hinge is freed. After that it should open and close freely. 

Text

The text for these boxes have been added in Bambu studio to allow it to be changed easily. If you open the .3mf file in bambu studio you will get the models with text. If you load the .step file directly in any slicer you will need to add the labels yourself.
